For everyone who loves knitting and reading, Book Blankets are the craft that combines them both! Turn your reading list into a cozy blanket that reminds you of your favorite reads throughout the year.
Join our instructor Jamie as you assign your favorite book genres a color at the beginning and then keep track of the order in which you read books. As you finish books, knit a row per book with the corresponding colors. At the end of the year, you have a blanket that shows you all the adventures your mind was able to take!
Materials: Yarn will need to be purchased before you start the class, however you have the option to choose your specific yarn. As a participant you will have 15% off any purchase including the yarn for the class. You are welcome to bring your own circular knitting needles. We will have them for purchase if needed.
Skills and techniques: Participants will need to know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off.
Refund Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Your payment is refundable up to 48 hours before the class starts. If your class is cancelled, your payment can be refunded or applied to another class period.
