Knitted Knockers, November 29th (12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.)

This class is for those who would like to learn how to support women who have undergone mastectomies. You will create knitted knockers which are breast prostheses that are a soft, comfortable, and lightweight alterative to the traditional ones used for women.
You will be guided by a member of a Knitted Knockers Support Foundation. The class fee, $30, will be donated to Knitted Knockers Foundation. The project requires one skein of yarn which is included in the class.
As a participant, once you finish the knitted knockers and bring them back to us, we will give you 15 loyalty points to your account as a perk!
Materials needed: 1 skein of Premier Bamboo Fair, which is included in the class. Please bring a size 4 or size 5 double pointed knitting needles. You may bring your own double pointed needles, however we will have them for purchase if needed.
Skills and Techniques required: Knowledge of DPN knitting, KFB, K2TOG, TBL, decreasing and increasing.

Your payment is refundable up to 48 hours before the class starts. If your class is cancelled, your payment can be refunded or applied to another class period.
