Regularly priced items may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of purchase. After two weeks, a store credit will be issued.

Sale items may be non-returnable. Final sales will be noted on the items.

The price of classes will be listed with the class description. The cost of classes increases with the level of difficulty to compensate our skilled teachers. 

Beginner classes will include materials and printed/email instructions.

Intermediate and Advanced classes may have a materials fee. Instructors will select the materials best suited to the class project or lesson and participants will make color choices within that yarn's availability.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. Class and workshop fees are refundable up to one week prior to the class. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the 50% deposit.

With the exception of expert level classes, there must be minimum of five students enrolled. If a class is canceled due to insufficient registrations, students will be notified within 24 hours of the class.
